The Bridge Connects supports you to achieve your goals, build independence and stay connected. From life skills and in-home support to NDIS planning, recreation and social activities, we help you learn, grow and be part of your community.
The Bridge Employment services help people build skills, confidence and find meaningful work. We create personalised pathways into employment with practical training, one-on-one support and real-world opportunities that make getting a job attainable.

Our supports are available to people with disability across different life stages, from school leavers (aged 16 yrs+) to older adults, including those with NDIS funding.
